Return Policy
At Gulffruits.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that returns may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.
No Question Asked Return Policy: We know returns happen.
Return at Delivery: If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, you can return it at the time of delivery. Our products are perishable, so please inspect them upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item immediately with the delivery person. Unfortunately, once the delivery person has left, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or customers can choose where those can top-up to the e-wallet. Refund will take minimum 24h to maximum 7 working days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you need an exchange by calling our customer relation number +971581052395 or emailing us at online@gulffruits.com (All queries will be answered at normal business hour 9:00AM till 6:00PM). We will arrange for a replacement to be delivered on our next scheduled delivery to your area.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time, which is 10:00 PM on the day the order is placed on Gulffruits.com. In such cases, we will refund any payments already made through the original method of payment.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order. This includes limiting or cancelling quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we may cancel such orders and maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers. We reserve the right to deny access or cancel any orders placed by such customers.
